Richard Maloney and Jessica Parasco Present at the Family Law Forum 2023

Richard Maloney and Jessica Parasco were featured speakers at the Family Law Forum 2023 that was held on Friday, February 3, 2023 in Manchester, New Hampshire. This Annual Forum is sponsored by the New Hampshire Association for Justice, a statewide professional association of trial attorneys. The Forum also featured a Judicial panel discussion with Judges Hall, Lemire, Burns, Cross, Foley and Pendleton. Rick’s presentation topic was “Equity Compensation: Economics and Tax Aspects; Property, Child Support and Alimony Issues” while Jess provided a tax update, including pending Sunset Provisions.
