Our Staff

Jan is a graduate of Hesser College with her Associates Degree in Accounting. Jan was licensed as an Enrolled Agent as of October 2014. Enrolled Agents are federally licensed tax practitioners who specialize in taxation and who also have unlimited rights to represent taxpayers before the IRS. Jan has worked for Maloney & Kennedy, PLLC since January 2001. Jan’s primary focus is on Individual taxation, as well as fiduciary and estate taxation. Jan provides assistance and training to clients on accounting packages and bookkeeping issues including QuickBooks, tax accounting and estate accounting. Jan assists with various New Hampshire Probate Court filings for estates, trusts, and guardianships. Jan also provides first level technical support and trouble shooting for the firm’s internal systems.

Steve has a Master of Science in Accounting , with a Tax Concentration, from Southern NH University as well as a Bachelor of Science in Finance and an Associate’s Degree in Accounting from Bentley University in Waltham, MA. With over 20 years of accounting and finance experience at State Street Corporation in Boston, MA, Steve assists clients with their tax and accounting needs.

Erica Edwards is one of our Staff Accountants. Erica is a graduate of Rhode Island College with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Accounting, where she achieved Magna Cum Laude status. Erica will assist clients and businesses with tax preparation and accounting services. As a member of her school’s women’s soccer team, she was awarded MVP in 2017 and 2019, as well as named to the Little East Conference All-Academic Team in 2018 and 2019.

Chris Stevenson is our office manager. Having graduated from McIntosh College with an Associate’s Degree in Accounting, Chris comes to us with more than 20 years of office management experience. Chris’s duties at Maloney & Kennedy include managing all aspects of the business office.  A lifelong New Hampshire resident, Chris is happy to be a part of a company that works to help so many local residents and businesses handle their tax and financial needs.

Caitlin Ernst is our Administrative Assistant/Office Coordinator. Caitlin graduated with her Bachelor’s Degree in Law and Public Affairs from Lasell University in 2020. She earned her Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and her Paralegal certificate from Boston University in 2022. Caitlin joined Maloney & Kennedy in July 2022 and provides administrative support to all aspects of the firm. She is responsible for scheduling and coordinating appointments, preparing engagement letters for clients, processing and packaging tax returns and financial statements, answering phone calls and email inquiries, and much more.

Joseph Diaz is one of our Staff Accountants. Born and raised in Oceanside, California, Joe joined Maloney & Kennedy in February 2023 with previous experience in property accounting. Joe graduated from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, Isenberg School of Management, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. Joe is currently working towards becoming an Enrolled Agent. Joining Maloney & Kennedy allowed him to gain valuable tax and accounting experience. Joe will assist with personal and business tax preparation and accounting services.

Lisa Roznovsky is one of our Staff Accountants. She is currently working on her Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting at Southern New Hampshire University. She will be completing her degree in October 2024 and plans to continue her studies and sit for the Certified Public Accountants exam. Her background in accounting includes more than fifteen years working as a bookkeeper and in payroll processing. Lisa assists with personal and business tax preparation, as well as financial litigation support.
